Our Big Idea this half term is 'Long, Long, Ago' and our focus will be on World War 2.

Before we started our topic 'Long, Long, Ago', the children shared some ideas about the topic and what they wanted to learn throughout the term and then we sorted them into the areas of learning. Here is our planning wall and some of the children's individual planning:

We have created some new topic covers and started to learn about the events that led to World War 2, creating our own timelines.

We have been learning about propaganda and have created some fantastic posters!

As part of our Remembrance Spotlight Week, Dosbarth Derwen have been busy creating some beautiful pieces of art.
