Spring term 2025 

It was great to be back together as the "Dosbarth Ffawydden Team" this week and already we have been busy thinking about our plans for this term.

Our New topic is "LET's EXPLORE"

We spent a session talking about lots of ideas and recording loads of things we would like to investigate.

We then looked at all the ideas and started to plan what we could focus on in each Area odf Learning.

We will be basing our learning this term by reading the book -

Our Big Idea/Topic for this Autumn Term is

     " Long Long Ago"

 We have chosen to find out about World War 2.

We had a session talking about what we know  and we have lots of questions we would like to find out about.

Here are some of our questions and these are the ones we are going to focus on:

Who was in World War 2?

When did the war start?

What were their outfits like?

What were the houses like?

How did people survive?

What was the music like in the war?

What did they eat in World War 2?

What did they drink?

Where did they fight?

What were people like?

We had a wonderful World War 2 day and we learned so much about life in war times. We also had the opportunity to dress in some World war 2 clothes.

We have also made our own identity cards.

We even tried gas masks
