Operation Encompass ensures good communication between all agencies supporting our learners. It also allows the school to respond to the child on the arrival at school. This might be by: additional check-in, considering a reduction of academic demands during difficult times, making contact with other agencies, etc. 

A clear communication between agencies also allows for clear support plans to be put in place in a timely manner.
